Call of the Wild

Clothing label Call of the Wild is the work of London-based graphic design duo Kai and Sunny. They are known for their unique application of design and art culminating in original apparel.

Call of the Wild’s original concept was inspired by John Wyndham’s novel, Day of the Triffids, written in the 1950’s. It was the idea of nature fighting back. Today Call of the Wild still carries that inspiration through their collection. The line ranges from T-shirts to bomber jackets, utilizing unique prints reminiscent of William Morris with a modern and playful edge.

Call of the Wild’s creators, Kai and Sunny, have also worked for many blue chip clients including Vodafone, BT, Becks, Miller, Sunsilk, Kiehl’s, Method, Seeds of change, Reebok, EA Sports, Sony PS3, Honda, Toyota, The Observer, Evening Standard, CND, Nike, and Levis. They have also been commissioned to do book and album covers and interior and fashion design.
